Street Food Cook Book

EntertainmentLocal News

The eagerly anticipated Street Food Cook Book out now, featuring a compilation of recipes and stories from some of the North’s finest street food specialists, artisan traders and vendors, including Leeds’ favourite wood fired pizza steam engine Pizza Loco.
Italian on the bottom and Yorkshire on the top – that’s how Oliver Reynolds describes his Pizza Loco pizzas. Oliver’s business partner Paul Bulmer custom-built the crowd-pleasing steam engine which chugs along to many food markets around the North as well as weddings, parties and events.
The Street Food Cook Book features the recipes for Pizza Loco’s popular dishes – Pancetta, Pickled Damsons & Creamy Goats Curd Pizza and Shredded Duck with Herb-infused Honey, Balsamic Figs & Brie Pizza.
“It’s a real buzz having Pizza Loco featured in The Street Food Cook Book. You can’t be at every food market, so it’s great that there’s a selection of recipes hand crafted by experienced Northern street traders available to have around the house.” exclaimed founder of Pizza Loco, Oliver Reynolds.
The 128 page full colour book features recipes from a few other well-known places such as smokehouse Smokin’ Blues, burrito bar Street Food Chef and Buddha Belly which specialises in Thai street food and was the brainchild of MasterChef 2012 contestant Sai.
The Street Food Cook Books retails at just £10 and is available in all of the businesses featured in the book as well as bookshops and online on Amazon.
In conjunction with Meze Publishing we have a competition for the chance to win a copy of The Street Food Cook Book.
