Medical Protection Society Recognition


The Medical Protection Society’s Leeds based member operations team has been recognised in the UK Top 50 Organisations for Customer Service Awards for the third year running.

The annual Top 50 Award, organised by the International Customer Management Institute, is considered the most prestigious customer service bench-marking programme in the UK. Close to 400 of the UK’s top companies participate each year in an attempt for Top 50 recognition.

The MPS team, which supports the needs of MPS’s global membership of doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals, earned itself 19th place for telephony services and 17th place in the email category, which it entered for the first time this year. This is the third year in a row that MPS has featured in the Top 50 Award.

Peter Rowbottom, Director of Member Operations at the Medical Protection Society, commented: “MPS strives to deliver a world class service to our members and a ranking in the Top 50 Award even once is an achievement.

“To make the Top 50 Award consecutively for three years, and achieve a top 20 listing in both phone and email services, is fantastic news. Everyone at MPS should be proud and we hope to build on this success even further.”
