The Netherlands National Circus is coming to Leeds, Woodhouse Moor with their theatre style heated big top with performances everyday between Tuesday 1 and Sunday 13 March 2016.
A brand new production for 2016 will have something for everyone. This magical Big Top production is brimming with an international cast of breathtaking artistes. Prepare to be thrilled as it is packed full of comedy, juggling, balancing, acrobatics, aerial acts and sensational, modern laser lighting. Don't miss 2 hours of fun, action packed, fast paced, family entertainment accompanied by the only live circus orchestra in the country.
There are no animals in the show; the essential ingredients are quality, energy and magic presented to you by the sensational company of performers in their magnificent heated Big Top.
Angelo, a modern clown who shows off his endearing comedy character in skits and sketches, often working with the audience. From Portugal, Angelo’s family has been circus performers for generations.
Desirée, is an equilibrist, supporting her full weight on her hands, often amazingly on one hand alone, standing as firm wrong-way-up as on her feet. It’s a presentation demanding tremendous control and muscular strength, built up since childhood with daily practice. The daughter of a circus family, Desirée was encouraged to ‘play circuses’ as a child, imitating the adult artistes.
Golden Stones, a duo of handsome and talented acrobats from Hungary, are certain to be a talking point of the show.
