In 2012 couple Leanne and Paul won the Radio Aire 5 Brides 1 Wedding competition after raising an amazing £6,995 for Radio Aire’s charity Cash for Kids. Due to unforeseen circumstances the original wedding photographer was no longer able to produce the wedding album – and after 2 years – the couple were at a loss as to how they could get their memories saved.
Alex Knight Photography kindly stepped-in to ensure that Leanne and Paul got the wedding album they deserved. Alex said: –
“When we heard that Leanne and Paul had been left without a wedding album we felt really bad for them. We know from all the couples we deliver albums to how much they enjoy looking back at the memories of their special day. To think that Leanne and Paul would not be able to do this was heartbreaking. We decided that we would like to help them out and approached our album supplier Loxley Colour based in Glasgow (www.loxleycolour.com). When we told them of Leanne and Paul’s situation they agreed to provide an album at less-than cost price in order to ensure they would have an Album to enjoy.
We asked Leanne and Paul to choose their favourite photos from the day, and designed the album for their approval. We cannot wait for them to receive the finished product and knowing that they will treasure it for the rest of their lives make it all worthwhile.”
