The Craft Centre and Design Gallery, tucked away underneath Leeds City Art Gallery is once again putting on a fantastic series of events in the lead up to the festive season with new work arriving every month right up to December. Amongst the show stopping pieces on display which you can own or admire, (which are a part of their Winter Exhibition Programme), this hidden gem is displaying inspiring collections by British makers (and lots of them from our very own Yorkshire) which include contemporary handmade jewellery (starting from as little as £9), functional and decorative ceramics, limited edition prints to capture the imagination of any art enthusiast and great stocking filler gifts. Every purchase helps these makers continue to do what they love and supports the work of The Craft Centre who educate visitors with sharing knowledge of skills and techniques behind the work.
