Dick Whittington the “Rock ‘n’ Roll” Panto City Varieties

Features

This Christmas wouldn’t be the same without a family outing to a pantomime, so why not go watch Dick Whittington Rock ‘n’ Roll Panto taking the stage at the City Varieties. It certainly impressed me when I went to see it recently with my mum and a friend. This year’s Dick Whittington has everything you would expect in a traditional pantomime such as slapstick comedy, jokes, interaction with the audience with added rock and roll tracks to sing along to and not to forget the legendary boulder fight which you will love to join in with.

Dick Whittington will certainly not disappoint and is fun for all the family with amazing actors/musicians that will perform from their hearts on the stage. The general manager at the City Varieties Ian Sime said “Rock ‘n’ Roll” pantomimes are hugely popular and are now in their 4th year -a Leeds tradition. The incredible atmosphere has audiences dancing in the aisles and because the soundtrack is played live on stage there is a real party atmosphere. You won’t see anything like this anywhere in Yorkshire.”

For a great afternoon or evening out book now!

The panto is running until the 11th January 2015. Tickets are on sale priced from £14 to £23.
